Major additions and renovations have expanded Holly Hall’s original facility, providing many resident living options.
A $23 million expansion and renovation begun in 2005 will result in 191 new or refurbished residences, including health care private rooms, individual assisted living units and cluster apartments, and independent living options such as private suites, apartments and cottages. All residences have outdoor views of Holly Hall’s mature grounds and gardens.
Holly Hall also features an on-site chapel, dining rooms, a library, activities rooms, private meeting rooms and a beauty salon.
