Specific admission requirements vary depending upon levels of care, but generally, Holly Hall welcomes those independent living applicants who are 65 years of age and older at the time of their admission. Current Holly Hall independent residents receive preference over outside applicants for assisted living and heath care services, but direct health care admissions may be available on a limited basis.

Those applying for residency must complete the appropriate application forms for independent, assisted or health care living, and sign and return a medical release form allowing Holly Hall to request medical history from the applicant's primary physician. Applicants must also interview with the Holly Hall admissions committee, or, in the case of health care applicants, complete an off-site screening assessment. The admissions committee makes the final determination for suitability for admission. Once an applicant is approved for admission, he or she must establish residency at Holly Hall within 30 days, or reapply for admission.

Upon completion of its present expansion, Holly Hall will accommodate 191 residents.

Holly Hall offers community dining for residents whose accommodations do not include a kitchen. Independent living residents with kitchens may also opt to dine in the dining room for more than one meal per day for an additional fee. Three meals per day are included in the room rates for health care, assisted living, and independent living rooms and suites.

Is Holly Hall secure?

Yes. The perimeter of Holly Hall’s 20-acre grounds is fully fenced, and access is controlled by a 24-hour manned guard gate.
