What is included in the Independent Living Cottages’ monthly rent?

This lifestyle is for the active adult who just wants to live a more carefree life and be a part of a new community! Here’s what’s included: all maintenance on the cottage, basic cable, daily activities, and transportation services.

What is included in the Independent Living Apartments monthly rent?

If you don’t need the room that one of our spacious cottages provides, an apartment might be just right for you! This plan includes one meal per day, basic cable, daily activities, utilities (water and electricity), housekeeping, and transportation services.

What is included in the Assisted Living monthly rent?

Even if you like to do some things on your own, you might like a little help with more difficult tasks. This lifestyle includes three meals per day and a snack, basic cable, medication management, housekeeping and laundry services, daily activities, utilities (water and electricity) and transportation services.

What is included in the long-term nursing care daily rate?

This lifestyle provides the most care to meet every one of your needs. It includes three meals per day and a snack, basic cable, medication management, housekeeping and laundry services, daily activities, utilities (water and electricity) and transportation services.

What are the lease terms?

Leases are month-to-month and can be terminated with 30 days notice. If for whatever reason you decide you need to leave our community, you don’t have to worry about being locked into a lengthy lease that forces you to pay for services you aren’t receiving.

Can I keep a car at Holly Hall, and do I have to pay for parking?

Residents may have a car, and we offer reserved, covered parking for $25/month. Parking is convenient to every unit no matter the level of care. We want our residents to love their lifestyle and not feel limited by lack of transportation. And if you’d prefer to be driven everywhere regardless, we have transportation services that can help with that, too!

Is there a buy-in/entrance fee?

No! Units are leased month-to-month; and they are not purchased. There’s no need to pay to secure your spot either. We want to welcome you into our community without the upfront costs or pricey fees!
