Testimonials & Reviews

At Holly Hall, we take pride in our foundation of peace, compassion, excellence and respect. We strive to provide person-centered care to all of our residents.

Who better to describe the Holly Hall experience than our residents and their families?

Here’s what our residents have to say about Holly Hall…

“My husband and I really appreciated the thoughtful communications from “outside” during the last year. It was reassuring to know we were not forgotten. The gift bags from the National Charity League- Sage Chapter on Mother’s Day and Father’s Day were especially nice.“

– Nell, Independent Living Resident at Holly Hall

“I want to recognize all Healthcare employees for exemplifying the core values of Peace, Excellence, Respect and Compassion. A big thank you to everyone at Holly hall for caring for my mom.  I know she was challenging at times, but everyone treated her kindly.”

– Kristie, Daughter of Long-Term Nursing Resident at Holly Hall

“..you took in a broken lady and with all grace and kindness, you restored hope and health.  I am eternally grateful.”

– Deborah, Skilled Nursing Resident at Holly Hall

“I have been here a month now, and continue to be amazed at the friendly and caring spirit of both the residents and staff: from the cards and notes welcoming me to Holly Hall, to the flowers left at my door, to the many times someone helped me get somewhere because I was lost, to the times someone invited me to knock on their door or call if I needed something. Furthermore, the meals here, created by Chef Peter, are fabulous. I am amazed that everyone is truly happy here. And so I thank all of you, the staff and the residents, for creating this awesome community where everyone cares for one another, and I hope that someday I can somehow give back to it.”

– Mary, Independent Living Resident at Holly Hall

“Using CATIE, Independent Living Residents can perform a number of tasks.  For example, we can check-in each morning (Wellness Check), order meals, see a calendar for events (daily, weekly, and monthly), and look up email addresses and telephone numbers of fellow residents.”

– Diana, Independent Living Resident at Holly Hall

“I went from feast to famine about a year ago when the pandemic shut the door on my social life.  One doesn’t realize how much being with others means until you lose it. Within the guidelines for safety, our talented and innovative Wellness Department planned exercise and entertainment programs. Taking advantage of these offerings has opened doors to being with others and staying in as good physical shape as possible. Keep it coming!”

– Sonia, Independent Living Resident at Holly Hall
